that in one month's time, the ACT Group will
be holding a cocktail event at Regatta Point

Thanks
to three of our members who have just completed
their term on the AILA's Accreditation Panel
for the University of Canberra. The three members
stepping
down are Neil Hobbs, Deb Matthews and Catherine
Keirnan. Three new members of the Panel have
just been appointed by National Council and have
recently were briefed by the former panel; they
are Allan Peggie, Helen Cohen and David Moyle.
The
ACT Award Jury has finished its deliberations
on the project award submissions. Thanks to Catherine
Townsend, Stuart Mackenzie, Edwina Richardson
and
the chair, Libby Gordon. The time taken after-hours
and on a Sunday is much appreciated. I have also
heard that there was some long and rigorous debates.
Thanks to all involved.
Lastly,
