National Consultation,
Brisbane Monday 10 November 2008

The Brisbane Forum is to update members and other professions on the current status of the Climate Change Adaption Skills for Professionals Program, to engage the locals in a discussion and to provide guidance back to the project leaders on the future directions for the project and the AILA in its advocacy work.

The Project Manager is Catherine Neilson. Also in attendance on the day will be representatives from the CSIRO, Griffith University and the EIANZ.

9.00 am Overview presented by Mandy Rounsefell (AILA National Vice President) and Paul Costigan (AILA Executive Director)
9.15 am Catherine Neilson to speak on the previously circulated Draft Discussion Paper Ð AILA National Landscape Principles, and to outline proposed directions for the project. This will build on the presentation formerly given in Canberra in September Ð but not be the same presentation.
