AILA Protocols for Attending Events
In the interest of AILA Members, Partners and Sponsors the following Guidelines for attendance at State and National AILA events must be followed:

All product supply companies, sponsors and partners attending an AILA event must make themselves known
to the State Manager and/or Event Organisers upon arrival

At no time is it acceptable for companies other than AILA Partners to
distribute advertising material.

AILA Partners with permission to distribute still need to check first on arrival with the Event Manager/State Manager

Where "fancy dress" has been advertised as part of an event, this is not
to be used as an opportunity to advertise the business unless very clear prior agreement is in place.

If an AILA Partner or Sponsor wishes to distribute advertising material please seek
prior approval from the State Manager - this must done well in advance of the day for the event - not on the day itself.

AILA Partner companies often negotiate as part of their partnership agreements to have their company mentioned at events and/or to have particular representatives address the delegates. If not part of the original agreement, this request must be made prior to the event. No partner or sponsor without prior agreement should request such benefits on the day of the event.
