Refund Policy
CPD and Training Programs
Should a CPD program, seminar
or workshop be cancelled by the AILA., the participant
will be entitled to a full refund and where appropriate,
the option of transfer of fees, whichever they
choose.
Should a participant cancel, a full
refund will occur if notification is received 7 or more
days prior to the commencement of the CPD event.
Should
a participant cancel within 7 days or on the day of, or
after the CPD event, no refund will be given.
Major
Seminars and Conferences
Other time-limits normally apply
for national conferences and major events – these
will be advertised as part of the program details.
Normally
the period stated will be that a full refund is available
if cancellation is received within 2 months of the event,
50 % under two months (more than two weeks) notice, and
within two weeks, no refund shall apply.
Exceptional circumstances
will be considered for refund. However participants may
be required to provide proof to support claims of exceptional
circumstance.
Merchandise
Refunds are available for any other merchandise
purchased directly
through the AILA if the goods prove to be not as advertised
or if goods are faulty.
