What Landscape Works Contract documents can AILA supply to members?

AILA had been selling the Landscape Works Contract 'with Administrator' (AILA copyright @1993).

Any copies still out there may of course be used as the basis for your own contract - but the contract document has long ceased to have AILA endorsement - - it would require too much legal updating state by state. This was pointed out to anyone who had bought one in recent years. They are no longer available.

Unfortunately  - given the resources available - the AILA is not able to produce and keep up to date a suite of contract documents for use by members.

National Council recommends standard AS 4122-2000 "General conditions of contract for engagement of consultants".

This document allows for attachments to be added. The Council has prepared some 'practice notes (for variations, scope of work and fees)' as an 'attachment' to the AS 4122-2000 contract.
