The 2005 SA AILA Jury was impressed with scale, diversity and depth of the issues analysed in preparation for these two master planning studies. The brief required a broad based approach but also highlighted the need to deliver recommendations on specific issues. The approach to the economic and planning analysis is particularly noted.
The study team has produce a comprehensive response to the brief and one that is clearly appreciated by the community providing 'the framework for future development of these towns into a foreseeable future' as acknowledged by the client.
A strong, clear and unified graphic presentation integrates both masterplans creating highly communicative strategies. The Oxigen led study team is to be congratulated for the high quality and comprehensive result.
