Bunker Bay Landscape Assessment Study

Landscape Architects: URBIS

location: Lot 50, 203 & 683 Cape Naturaliste Road, Bunker Bay

This project takes into greater consideration inventive planning solutions that best benefit land use whilst adding to the environment. The prime objective of this report was to enable the consultant landscape architects to work closely with the project planners to produce a landscape assessment study as both integrated property planning and a design exercise.

The landscape assessment worked through an in depth study model, to best locate areas of the Bunker Bay subject property where subdivision had the least visual and environmental impact.
