australian institute of landscape architects  surveys

The setting of salaries remains with the individual employee and employer. It is illegal in Australia to have set professional fee or salary scales.

The annual survey results are offered as one indicator - and it would be expected that employers and employess would use a range of data in their negotiations.

The annual AILA survey does not set any benchmarks or any form of mandatory salary scales that must be followed.
