The outcomes of this sensitive planning and design process are unique in that they are barely noticeable in the landscape. Their solutions however are powerful and put the landscape first. In all, Tract demonstrates a thoughtful, philosophical and collaborative design approach that clearly identifies this project as a benchmark for tourism development in an environmentally sensitive area.
