STUD PARK PLAYGROUND
Landscape Architect: Mary Jeavons Landscape Architects
Client: City of Knox

Playgrounds form an important part in place creation and providing spaces for active recreation.

This project is a terrific example of what can be achieved through a collaborative design process. Council, the community and the landscape architect worked together to create a playground that features references to the environment, local history and art installations.

The playground provides access for users of all age and mobility with a focus on social and physical interactivity. The popularity of the playground within the local community reflects the success of the design process and site outcomes.
