AILAWA INVOLVEMENT | 2 Representatives on the Project Strategy Team

TERRY THOMPSON, Senior Landscape Architect, City of Canning & WALTER VAN DER LOO, Associate Director Design, Design + Planning, AECOM will represent AILAWA on the State Public Parkland Strategy Project Team, coordinated by the Department of Sport & Recreation.  This role will involve monthly meetings over an initial 12 month period.

The Department of Sport & Recreation is coordinating the State Public Parkland Strategy, which has been initiated as a mechanism to bring together stakeholder agencies and organisations in a collaborative approach that will facilitate the development of solutions to existing open space issues. 
 
The Department have recognised that landscape design is one of the key elements of the project and would like an AILA WA representative on the Project Strategy Team.  This role is likely to involve monthly meetings over an initial 12 month period - a payment may be offered for meeting attendance.
