Georgiana graduated from USYD with a Bachelor in Japanese Language and has since worked in Japan teaching English, as well as having experience in office management, event coordination, and communications. Her most recent roles have been in the areas of events and partnership engagement, and she is enjoying applying these skills to the field of landscape architecture with AILA. NSW Event and Communications Manager
Beginning my working Career in the Travel Industry I quickly developed a love of Customers and delivering exceptional Customer service. With the arrival of 3 children under the age of three I had my hands full and relished my new role of being a Mum. Returning to the workforce after they were at school I worked for many years in Sales for 2 Australian companies. Running my own business, an engaging child craft activity using sand , enabled me to draw on my skills to grow the business in Victoria- delivering events for Corporate, government and independent clients. My love of events and my passion for Sport saw me secure the Role of Venue Coordinator at the MCG, whilst delivering all communications for all Victorian venues for the AFL. I am excited to work for a growing organisation whose aim is to support healthy living and increase the community connection to green spaces. I enjoy walking every day and supporting the Mighty Bombers.
