Executive Assistant

AILA Support Officer (Accreditation and Chapter)

Expressions of Interest are sought from suitable candidates for a part-time contract (0.4 FTE) to support critical functions within AILA. The role is to provide support to AILAs university accreditation program (1 day per week) and Tas/NT/ACT chapters (1 day per week). 

Knowledge of AILA and/or Landscape Architecture, whilst not essential, would be a distinct advantage. Demonstrated experience working independently and with high levels of initiative and autonomy are required.

NSW Event and Communication Coordinator

An exciting opportunity exists for an exceptional person to be part of a growing organisation that supports a blooming profession. The AILA NSW chapter has available a part-time position contract (0.6 FTE) to support event delivery and communications within the state.

Essential Selection Criteria:
Tertiary Qualification or relevant experience in public relations, communications or related field
Demonstrated Experience in Communication / PR / events 

Knowledge and Skills required for the position:
Flexibility and initiative
Ability to work autonomously and efficiently
High Standards for quality work
Excellent verbal, written communications skills
Ability to develop timelines and meet multiple simultaneous deadlines
Excellent attention to details
Ability to handle and pursue multiple projects concurrently
Communication, Administrative, desktop publishing skills
Visual and Creative approach
Solution driven
Experience in graphic design, web publishing, basic video editing skills 
Words, Excel, Microsoft 365, Canva, IMIS
