Urban Projects increasingly require complex and transparent development, nurturing or evolution. Landscape Architects work across all stages of identification, conception, development and delivery of built works and are involved in discussions with diverse stakeholders throughout a project. These include representatives of government, elected members, communities, fellow consultants and contractors. Hear presenters talk about the importance of negotiation in developing successful public realm projects and their approaches to the ‘art’ of 'negotiation'.
