
Start the Festival of Landscape Architecture with an energising morning yoga session. Guided by an experienced instructor, Dr. Rebecca Chabot, this all-levels class invites participants to stretch, breathe, and connect body and mind before the day’s events. A gentle way to awaken your senses and ground yourself for the festival ahead.
There will be 2x sessions - a session on Monday and also on Tuesday, both from 7am-8am. Yoga mats will be provided. Please bring a water bottle and towel.
Each session is $30 per person. Please feel free to select both or one only.
About the teacher
Dr. Rebecca Chabot holds a PhD in Ecology, a Master’s in Biology, and a Bachelor’s in Biochemistry.
She is the founder of Pure Wellness Tasmania, where she integrates over 30 years of academic expertise with 27 years of experience in wellness practices, including mindfulness, meditation, breathwork, and bodywork.
