Gemma is a Landscape Architect at the City of Unley, Adelaide. She is a member of the City Design team, currently leading and delivering design collaborative projects that align to the Councils Values and Community Plan. 

She has experience working interstate and overseas and prior to her role in local Government, Gemma worked in the private sector, most recently as an Associate Landscape Architect at Aspect Studios, Adelaide. 

As an accomplished landscape architect with 15 years of professional experience, she has expertise in shaping outdoor environments that fuse nature with human design. Her portfolio encompasses a diverse range of projects, with a focus on community and education-based projects. 

Her interests lie in building strong connections with collaborators and delivering design solutions, that are not only aesthetically responsive, but consider environmental sustainability, accessibility, and functionality.

Gemma is currently part of the 2023 AILA Festival of Landscape Architecture creative directorate.
