Michele Orliac and Miquel Batlle are architects and landscape architects, co-founders of the mICHELE&mIQUEL team, based in Toulouse-France, Barcelona-Spain and Kaoshiung-Taiwan.

The heart of their work is located at the articulation between architecture, landscape, and urban planning, as well as at the articulation of different scales, from the territorial scale to that of proximity and constructive details.
They have mainly carried out public projects in landscapes in the process of transformation, whether urban, rural or natural, often at the intersection of them.

- HORTS DE VILABERTRAN FIGUERES Spain 
The design of a new district on a former agricultural property close to the city center. The realization of the public spaces and the Water Park.

- THE SOUTHERN FLANK OF COLLSEROLA MOUNTAIN, BARCELONA Spain 
A reflection on the future of a strategic area in the center of the Metropolis of Barcelona.
Public space projects such as:
- THE DARK LINE in SANDIAOLING, Taiwan.
An eco-historical path through historic tunnels.
Project distinguished by the International LILA 2023 Landezine, International Landscape Award, and the French National Grand Prix AFEX, French Architects for Export,
- THE NIEL PARK in TOULOUSE, France. 
Built on the former parade ground of military barracks, an element of articulation between the banks of the Garonne River and residential areas
Project distinguished by the FAD International Prize 2017 and the BEAU Award, Spanish Biennale of Architecture and Urbanism 2018
-THE CAP ROIG PARK in TARRAGONA Spain 
The public spaces of the future residential area to be built on former olive groves overlooking the sea.

- “LE GRAND CLOITRE EN COULEUR”, in VILLENEUVE LEZ AVIGNON, France at the Chartreuse, national center for performance writing, in 2017,

They participate in the teaching of Landscape
- at the Master of Landscape Architecture of Barcelona ETSAB
- and are invited by different schools of Architecture or Landscape to co-lead workshops such as ENSAL in Lyon France or UIC International University of Catalonia Spain.
They have been invited to present their projects at different universities such as Cornell University, USA, Alcala Madrid School of Architecture, or at the Ecoles Nationales Supérieures d’Architecture Françaises de Marne La Vallée Paris Est, Lille and Rennes.
