Conference prices

As the main Conference venue (Gandel Hall, National Gallery) has reached capacity, the Conference will now be live-streamed to the National Gallery’s James O’Fairfax Theatre as an overflow space, a one minute walk away. You can experience Conference sessions from comfy seats, whilst still enjoying all other Festival elements including catering breaks with other delegates and speakers. You won’t even miss out on session Q&A as they will all be submitted by Twitter or SMS. Strictly limited availability. No further tickets will be released once sold out!

Organisations who purchase five (5) two-day Conference passes will receive the sixth free. To take advantage of this special offer please contact AILA. 

Payment methods

Credit card: Online bookings using a VISA or Mastercard are the preferred registration method.  A tax invoice and confirmation of your booking will be instantly emailed to you via this method. 

Cheque or direct deposit:  Please download registration form and return to AILA.  You can also nominate credit card payments on this form.  Please note that processing cheque or bank transfer bookings may take a few business days, and in the instance of sell out events online a place may not be secured for you until we are able to process.

All prices are inclusive of GST and in Australian dollars.

First release prices are available until midnight AEST on 30 June 2016.

International Conference passes include morning, afternoon and lunch on each day.

The National Landscape Architecture Awards and Festival Party are not included in any Festival pass type. Please purchase a separate ticket to these events.

Student, Graduate, Affiliate and Retired rates are applicable for members of AILA within these categories only. They do not apply to students, graduates or those who are retired in general. Find out more about AILA membership.

Student membership of AILA is offered free of charge.  With this in mind there is not a student non-member ticket rate for the Festival.  We encourage you to sign up as an AILA student member to take advantage of the significantly discounted ticket price.

All passes are for the registered individual only, and Continual Professional Development (CPD) points will be allocated to that individual.

Flexi passes can be shared between different employees of the same organisation, with the condition that only one person per Flexi pass purchased may attend the Festival at any one time. The pass can be left for collection at the Festival registration desk or you can arrange transfers with your colleagues. This pass allows access to all the sessions and meals for one person at any one time.

Cancellation policy

If you are unable to attend the Festival after registering, a substitute attendee is welcome at any time.

All cancellations and refunds will incur an administration fee of $100. 

No refunds will be issued after 30 September 2016. 

'No Shows' will still be charged the full fee paid.
