Jacinta McCann, FAILA, FASLA, LEED AP
Jacinta is the Executive Vice President of AECOM, and has worked for more than 30 years to enhance the quality of
cities and communities around the globe. Originally from Sydney where she
worked on large scale urban regeneration projects including the Sydney
Olympics, Jacinta has continued to work on complex, integrated, design and planning
projects such as Mission Bay in San Francisco and Nova Luz in Sao Paulo. Sustainability
and landscape performance underpin Jacinta’s approach to design and more
recently she has focused on the role of landscape in building resiliency in the
face of sea level rise. Jacinta leads AECOM’s Design, Planning and Economics
practices globally and is the Past President of the Landscape Architecture
Foundation (LAF), and currently serves on the ULI global awards jury, the Bay
Conservation Development Commission (BCDC) Design Review Board, and the San
Francisco Planning and Urban Research (SPUR) board. She was honored in 2014 by the San Francisco
Business Times as one of the 100 most influential business women in the Bay
Area.
