Jury comments

"The judges found this entry is provocative, witty, and frankly frightening. The publicity style narrative that advertises ‘Jordan Springs’, has a crystal clear message. The consequence of ‘business as usual’ greenfield development in Australia will end in environmental disaster. So, will we choose to reconstruct these landscapes as ecologically designed green spectacles? Or, will we drive them further toward a dark and dusty apocalyptic collapse? You choose! The judges found the image of collapse particularly disturbing, but the heavily sarcastic and chuckle-worthy narrative of this entry helped damper the feelings of impending doom."
