Webinar: Right Plant, Right Place with National Partner, Ozbreed

About this webinar

Join us for this national webinar, Right plant, Right place – A practical guide to choosing the right plant, presented by AILA's National Corporate Partner, Ozbreed. This session will help the non-horticulturalist landscape architect, and provide new information for those with a green thumb.

This webinar will increase your confidence in choosing the right landscape plants. Hear from Daniel Fuller, Ozbreed Horticulturist as he steps through what to look for when selecting plants and cover parameters that sway choice, including climate, shade, water, soil, mulch, disease, etc.  The session will focus on commercial landscape architecture, project risk reduction and practical tips to ensure successful plant specification on your next project.

Plus, new plants breed for the Australian landscape.

In the second part of the session, Todd Layt, owner of Ozbreed, will join us to speak on some exciting new Australian bred, heat-tough landscape flowers to brighten your design, simply called Ozbreed Landscape flowers.

The session will also feature what’s new in landscape plants in 2024 and sneak peek at what is coming in 2025. Bred and tested in Australia by Ozbreed and other breeders for our sunburnt and flooded country.

This presentation will be submitted to the AILA CPD Committee for formal continuing professional development points.
