This draft has received extensive membership consultation in 2015, and has been steered by the Constitutional Review Working Group, with National Council endorsement. In addition to the constitution, it is proposed that ‘Ltd’ be added to our name (see 4A), and discussion will also include the plans for transitioning in terms of National Council (see 5A).

If you are a Registered Landscape Architect, you qualify as a member with voting privileges at this Extraordinary General Meeting. An official notice was emailed to all members on Friday 24th June, giving details of this meeting and the papers above.

As a Registered Landscape Architect, if you are unable to attend, you may wish to appoint a proxy to attend and vote on your behalf pursuant to Clauses 41 and 54 of the constitution. The proxy must be a Registered Landscape Architect. A proxy form can be downloaded as above, and will need to be supplied by 13th July 2016.
