ASK ACO: EDUCATION SITES TOUR
Join industry leader, ACO on an educational tour to visit inspired sites hidden around university campuses.

The tour is brought to you by the AskACO campaign a corporate initiative to raise awareness of industry education and free advice in the management of stormwater and utilities for urban areas.
This journey will take you to three different sites around Melbourne including Monash University, Melbourne University, and RMIT.
Meeting at Federation Square the tour will travel to Monash University Clayton to visit the impressive eastern precinct project which provides significant on-campus accommodation, with alluring public realm facilities to foster an authentic on-campus community and to enrich the broader campus experience at Monash University. This award-winning project is multi-layered, Australian temperate forest planting and considered detailed elements along a continuous promenade that help define a beautiful open space. The project successfully deals with scale and sensitivity when thinking about public occupation within a tertiary institution, whilst forming a new character and position within the ‘Bush Campus’. From Monash this tour will take you to explore more stunning precinct Melbourne University and RMIT University to discover new laneways, informal learning spaces and roof gardens connect major interior refurbishments with their city and campus contexts. Student life is the primary focus throughout and the design places this proudly on the show.
These projects showcase Australian and particularly Victorian design talent, and the major contribution this can make to the streetscape and experience of the city.
