NT Seminar: Caring for Country

NT Seminar: Caring for Country
Please join us for a morning of learning and discussion on Caring for Country.

As Landscape Architects we are constantly championing the importance of building stronger communities and relationships through shared knowledge and respect for the landscape and environment. Often we are entrusted to engage with indigenous communities in rural and urban areas throughout Australia. Participate in this AILA seminar to deepen your understanding and skill set to liaise meaningfully and respectfully with communities.

This half day seminar aims to stimulate discussion around Caring for Country through 3 presentations below:

Larrakia Rangers: Caring for country

Kim Robertson & Shane Motlap: Getting it right; Indigenous perspectives in interdisciplinary planning

Dr Curtis Roman: Indigenous cultures and the environment
