Join Landon Bannister, Chair - Technical Committee at the Australasian Dark Sky Alliance, for a 1 hour guided walk through Hobart after dark and learn how the lighting we add to our cities impacts the way we use it, and the environment at large. 

This walk will give you a unique insight into urban lighting and how it relates to the problem of light pollution. We explore urban lighting in spaces, both good and bad, and experience how artificial light at night influences a city after dark, and the impact this is having on our planet. 

There will be 2 separate sessions - the first at 7:30pm and the second at 9pm.
